Here is the list of the top five players with the fastest centuries in international cricket:

Anderson held the record for the fastest century in ODIs before de Villiers. He achieved the feat in 36 balls against the West Indies in Queenstown on January 1, 2014.

Shahid Afridi (Pakistan):

Afridi is known for his aggressive batting style and has the third-fastest century in ODIs. He scored a century off 37 balls against Sri Lanka in Nairobi on October 4, 1996.

Mark Boucher (South Africa):

Boucher, a former wicketkeeper-batsman, holds the record for the fastest century in terms of balls faced in Test cricket. He reached his century in just 44 balls against Zimbabwe in Cape Town on September 11, 2005.

Viv Richards (West Indies):

Richards, a legendary batsman, achieved his century off 56 balls against England in St John's on February 7, 1986. Although this record was surpassed later, it remains one of the fastest centuries in Test cricket.
