2-     Viv Richards (West Indies) - 56 balls

Sir Vivian Richards, one of the greatest batsmen of all time, set this record against England on April 1, 1986, in St. John's, Antigua. Richards smashed a century off 56 balls, scoring 110 runs in that innings.


3-     Misbah-ul-Haq (Pakistan) - 56 balls

Misbah-ul-Haq, the former captain of the Pakistan cricket team, shares the record with Viv Richards for the second-fastest century in Test cricket. He achieved this feat against Australia on November 1, 2014, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Misbah-ul-Haq scored 101 runs off just 56 balls.


4-     Adam Gilchrist (Australia) - 57 balls

Adam Gilchrist, known for his aggressive batting style, achieved this record against England on December 2, 2006, in Perth, Australia. He reached his century in just 57 balls, ultimately scoring 102 runs.


5-    Jack Gregory (Australia) - 67 balls

Jack Gregory, an Australian cricketer from the early 20th century, set this record against South Africa on February 13, 1921, in Johannesburg. Gregory's century came off 67 balls, and he scored a total of 119 runs in that innings.
